A: Normally, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Arrival will be around 7 days from the next day. Although we do not accept requests for specific arrival dates and times, we do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.
Q: Can I make changes/additions to my order?
A: We cannot accept any changes or additions after the order has been placed as it will be the shortest shipping procedure.
Q: I placed multiple orders on the same day, can I combine them into one order?

About returns
Q: Can I return the product?
A: As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products.
We accept returns and exchanges only if the product is damaged or soiled when it arrives, or if the order content or quantity is different. Once opened, the product cannot be returned.
